For Sale: 750 GP racer$10K, in northern CaliforniaNorton 750 GP Racer - was built and first raced in 1975. It is based upon a Dunstall Lowboy frame with a new rear subframe and swing arm by Doug Schwerma, Champion Frames. It is powered by a works short-stroke 750 engine built to Ron Wood/CR Axtell specs with 34 mm DelOrto carbs, broached rear axle, triple discs w/ Brembo calipers on front, hand made alloy fuel & oil tanks. With this amateur rider, it has turned 1:59s at Sears Point. I placed 3rd on the bike at the first AMA Battle of the Twins race at Laguna Seca, first at an AMA vintage race at Laguna and tied for 2nd place for the season with George Miller on a TZ-700 in AFM Open GP in 1975.
